Accountable for the organisation as a whole, at the top of the quality manual's reporting line.
Dr. Nishant Sharma
Laboratory Director & HOD
Reviews the Laboratory Quality Manual and carries overall technical responsibility for the laboratory.
Dr. Mayank
Quality Head
Prepares and maintains the quality manual and the documented procedures the laboratory runs on.
Mr. Pramod Pratap Singh
Administrative Officer
Releases controlled quality documents and runs the administrative side of the centre.

Who signs your report
Heads of department
Each discipline has its own head, recorded on the organisation chart as a Technical Manager and an Authorised Signatory. That is not a courtesy title — it means a report in that discipline is released under their authority.

What an authorised signatory actually does
In the laboratory’s process flow, a result is not a report until a pathologist has authenticated it. Anything unusual is sent back for a repeat test — or a fresh sample — rather than forward to you. The signatory is the person who decides which of those happens.

The sections your sample passes through
Departments
The organisation chart lays these out beneath the technical leadership — each with its own bench, its own staff and its own place in the process flow.
Phlebotomy
Draws samples at the centre and on home visits, checks your preparation before collecting, and labels every vial with its barcode at the point of collection.
Biochemistry
Sugar, lipids, liver and kidney chemistry, hormones and the panels built on them, run on calibrated analysers under a named technical manager.
Haematology
Blood counts, coagulation and blood-film microscopy — the section behind a CBC, an ESR and the platelet counts watched during dengue.
Clinical Pathology
Urine, stool, body-fluid and smear examinations, where the microscope rather than the analyser gives the answer.
Molecular Testing Laboratory
PCR and molecular diagnostics, under their own head of department and their own authorised signatory.
Radiology Department
X-Ray, CT, MRI and ultrasound, reported by radiologists — the imaging half of the centre's work.
Reception & Billing
Registration, requisition entry into the laboratory information system, charges and receipts — the first step of the documented process flow.
Customer Care
Report enquiries, preparation advice and the calls that follow a booking, including the ones the laboratory initiates.
