Checking a patient report
Reports are released to the patient or to an authorised representative. To collect or receive a report, please have the patient’s name, the registration or reference number from the receipt, and the date of the visit ready.
Results are not read out to unidentified callers, and a report that carries a counselling requirement is released through a consultant rather than over the phone. It is a slower route on purpose.
